Due to the nature of our products—freshly made food—we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered or picked up. All sales are final.

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund. After that time, ingredients have likely already been prepared, and the order may not be eligible for a refund.
