3. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery and pickup options are available within designated areas and times.
  • Please ensure all delivery information is accurate; we are not responsible for late or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
  • Any changes to your order must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the delivery date to be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be subject to a processing fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed pickups or late cancellations.

5. Allergens and Food Safety

Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens such as nuts, dairy, seafood, and wheat. While we take precautions, Deba's Kitchen cannot guarantee the absence of allergens. Please contact us directly with any specific dietary concerns.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products—freshly made food—we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered or picked up. All sales are final.

Refunds and Order Issues

While we do not offer returns, we understand that things can sometimes go wrong. If there is a problem with your order, such as:

  • Missing items
  • Incorrect items
  • Spoiled or compromised food upon delivery

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund. After that time, ingredients have likely already been prepared, and the order may not be eligible for a refund.
